How to solve error code 0x83c00009 on HP Deskjet 3520 printer

Solution 1: do a reset of the product

• Press in sequence the curved arrow (1), red X (2), curved arrow (1), curved arrow (1)
• "Support menu" is displayed
• With up arrow go to "reset menu"  and confirm with "OK"
• With up arrow go to "semi full reset" and confirm with "OK"
• The printer will power off
• Power on the printer

Solution 2:

• Unplug the printer and wait a minut
• Push and hold the power button
• Plug the machine back in and let the power button when you see the screen flash with the OX code. Wait 5 more seconds and release the button
