How to solve error 002 with Service Tool V3400

You have installed the Service Tool V3400, but there is an error 002 and you can't click the buttons.


Try this solution:

• Power of the printer
• Plug the USB cable into another USB port on the computer
• Execute again the Service Tool V3400
