Il peut y avoir, entre autre, ces deux explications à ce code d'erreur. Pour certains modèles, les lumières orange et verte clignotent alternativement 20 fois.
Solution 1:
- Power off the printer and disconnect the power cable
- Wait 10 minutes.
- Plug in the power cable and switch on the printer
Solution 2:
- Check all the cartridges: they must be well inserted.
Solution 3:
- Chek the chip of the cartridges: it should be well positioned.
Solution 4:
- The sticker on the front of the cartridge can interfere with the LED recognition during initialization: remove it gently.
Solution 5:
- The mainboard is defective
