Error 50.X is a fuser error: the printer has experienced an error with the fuser.
Solution 1:
- Turn off the power by using the power switch.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Turn on the power and wait for the product to initialize.
Solution 2:
- If the error continues, turn off the product.
- Wait at least 25 minutes, and then turn on the product.
- (If you are using a surge protector, remove it. Plug the product directly into the wall socket. Use the power switch to turn on the product.)
