Error 3501 on Kodak Easyshare 5100 and 5300

Error 3501 is a problem of calibration.

Solution 1:

• Place the calibration sheet on the scanner.
• Then press the "Start" button.

Solution 2:

• Enter in the "Kodak All-in-One Home Center"
• Select "Help (?)" icon.
• Select "Maintenance"
• Select "Firmware Upgrade"
• Follow the prompts and download the latest version of firmware.
