Unknown cartridge message on Epson printers

Solution 1:

• Remove all the cartridges.
• Close the door.
• Power off the printer.
• Disconnect the power.
• Disconnect the USB cable.
• Wait a minut.
• Connect the power cable
• Switch on the printer.
• Install the cartridges
• Close the door
• Power off.
• Power on.
• Connect the USB cable

Solution 2:

• Vérifiy the chips of the cartridges: if necessary, clean the chips with a soft cloth.

Solution 3:

• A cartridge is defective. Replace it.
