Troubleshooting:

• Drum reset:

Solution 1:
Switch off the power to the printer.
Wait approximately five seconds and then flip the power switch back on.
Press and hold the "Menu 1/Menu2" button on the control panel and press the "Shut Down/Restart" button to restart the printer.
Press the "Menu1/Menu2" button three times in succession until "DRUM CNT RESET" appears on the control panel.
Press the "Enter" button to reset the image drum counter on the C9600 printer.
