Cartridge error 50c on Lexmark X5150

Possible solution:
when you insert your new or used cartridges youll need to go through a *auto alignment*:

• Turn off the printer .
• Open up the printer.
• Turn it back on.
• Take out both cartridged; clean them off and the inside of the printer as well close printer then look at the prompt on the top of the printer.
• Hit select
• Print out an auto align pag.
